Turnaround Time:
Turnaround times are determined by CGC and may vary depending on service tier and overall demand. Processing times are not guaranteed, and delays at the CGC level are outside of our control.

No grade is guaranteed under any circumstances
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of third-party grading, including potential delays or grading outcomes
Items will be submitted in the condition received
Submission Selection Requirement:
If multiple comics or cards are included in a single order and only one CGC submission service is purchased, the buyer must clearly indicate which item is to be submitted for grading. Buyers must contact us via eBay messages within 4 days of purchase to confirm their selected item. If no selection is provided within this timeframe, the order will be subject to cancellation.
Returns & Cancellations:
All submissions are final once sent to CGC. Cancellations are not permitted after submission has been initiated. Returns are not accepted for completed grading services.
Shipping:
Items are securely packaged and shipped to CGC. Once grading is complete, your item will be shipped back to you with tracking provided.
