AdriansResale Shipping Policy

AdriansResale is a brand operated by PathPair LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as AdriansResale (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website or related sales channels unless otherwise stated.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

  • Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We reserve the right to extend processing times during:

  • High-volume sales

  • Pre-orders

  • Holidays

  • Events outside our control

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers, which may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, destination, and cost efficiency unless otherwise stated.

All shipments include tracking unless explicitly noted at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or clearly stated in the listing.

  • Rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier fees.

  • We do not mark up carrier shipping costs beyond reasonable handling and materials.

4. Packaging Standards

We ship collectibles with care appropriate to the item type:

  • Comics are shipped with boards, protective sleeves, and rigid reinforcement.

  • Trading cards are secured in sleeves and protective holders.

  • Items are packed to reduce movement and minimize transit damage.

⚠️ However:
No packaging method can eliminate all risk during shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of carrier transit.

5. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delays

  • Misdelivery

  • Theft after delivery

  • Damage caused by the carrier

AdriansResale is not responsible for carrier errors once the shipment has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.

6. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer

  • Local delivery issues

Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are not refundable.

  • Returned packages due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to reship.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer.

8. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days (domestic), and

  • The carrier confirms the shipment as lost

In such cases:

  • We will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable

  • Replacement or refund is at our sole discretion, subject to carrier determination

We do not replace or refund packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

9. Stolen Packages / Porch Theft

If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing:

  • This is considered theft after delivery

  • AdriansResale is not liable for stolen packages

We strongly recommend:

  • Shipping to secure locations

  • Using package lockers or delivery instructions

  • Purchasing shipping insurance where available

10. Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide documentation may void any claim.

Carrier damage claims must be filed promptly. Resolution (refund, replacement, or denial) is subject to carrier approval and our review.

11. Insurance

  • Shipping insurance may be included or offered for select orders.

  • If insurance is declined at checkout (when offered), AdriansResale assumes no additional liability beyond carrier minimums.

  • Insurance claims are subject to carrier terms and investigation timelines.

12. International Shipping

If offered:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees.

  • We do not mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue shipments.

  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

International shipments are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

13. Combined Shipping

When eligible, combined shipping may be offered:

  • Only for orders placed together or within the same checkout session

  • Not guaranteed across separate orders unless explicitly stated

14. No Chargebacks for Shipping Issues

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Address errors provided at checkout

We are always happy to assist, but chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
