AdriansResale Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdriansResale website and related services (the “Service”).

AdriansResale is a brand operated by PathPair LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as AdriansResale (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through AdriansResale. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Listings

AdriansResale sells physical collectibles, including but not limited to comic books, trading cards, and related merchandise.

  • All items are described to the best of our ability.

  • Images may be stock or representative unless otherwise stated.

  • Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to printing, packaging, or manufacturer differences.

Condition Disclaimer

Unless explicitly graded or stated otherwise:

  • Items are sold ungraded and as-is

  • We do not guarantee grading outcomes or future resale value

3. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues

  • Correct pricing or listing errors at any time

4. Shipping & Handling

Shipping timelines, costs, and methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control

Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the nature of collectibles:

  • Opened, used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return

  • Graded or sealed items may have additional restrictions

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security

  • Misrepresent identity or payment information

  • Abuse customer support or dispute systems

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, site layout, and design — is the property of PathPair LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

AdriansResale™ is a common-law trademark of PathPair LLC.

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PRODUCT CONDITION BEYOND WHAT IS EXPRESSLY STATED

  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE VALUE, COLLECTIBILITY, OR MARKET PERFORMANCE

Collectibles markets are speculative by nature. Purchases are made at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHPAIR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

  • LOSS OF VALUE, PROFITS, OR COLLECTIBILITY

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PathPair LLC and AdriansResale from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Service

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
