AdriansResale Refund & Return Policy

AdriansResale is a brand operated by PathPair LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as AdriansResale (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Refund & Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly through AdriansResale.com.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (including but not limited to eBay, Whatnot, or marketplaces) are governed solely by the policies of those platforms and are not covered by this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final (General Rule)
Due to the nature of collectibles, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by AdriansResale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Market value fluctuations
Grading outcomes or expectations
Minor cosmetic imperfections
Printing, manufacturing, or publisher variances
Damage caused during or after shipping (see Shipping Policy)
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
The item was purchased directly from AdriansResale.com
The item received is materially different from the item described in the listing
You notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
You provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
The item is returned unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of AdriansResale.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable, without exception:
Graded items (CGC, CBCS, PSA, or similar)
Sealed, shrink-wrapped, or factory-sealed items once opened
Mystery boxes, blind packs, or randomized products
Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Digital or downloadable content
Items damaged due to shipping, theft, or carrier mishandling
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law
Any refunded amount may exclude payment processing or restocking costs where applicable
5. Return Authorization Required
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Before returning any item, you must:
Email help@pathpair.co within 48 hours of delivery
Receive written return authorization
Follow the provided return instructions exactly
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or discarded.
6. Condition Verification
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to:
Deny refunds for items returned in altered, damaged, or non-original condition
Issue partial refunds where item condition has changed
Refuse future service to accounts exhibiting abusive return behavior
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing through AdriansResale.com, you agree:
Not to initiate chargebacks for issues covered by this policy
To contact us first for resolution
Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in:
Account restrictions
Order cancellations
Permanent refusal of service
We will vigorously contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using delivery confirmation, policy disclosures, and transaction records.
8. No Cross-Platform Refunds
Purchases made through:
eBay
Whatnot
Social media
In-person events
Are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under this policy.
Refunds or disputes for those purchases must be handled directly through the platform where the transaction occurred.
9. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
We do not issue store credit unless explicitly stated.
10. Legal Compliance
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, refunds will be issued in accordance with legal obligations.
